Fiber discs are different options from our resin fiber discs, such as alumina fiber discs, zirconia fiber discs, silicon carbide fiber discs, and ceramic fiber discs. These abrasives form the basis of high-performance discs that work effortlessly on even the toughest surfaces.

 

 

Our standard fiber discs are available with round or star-shaped holes. Due to the state-of-the-art laser cutting technology, other pass patterns are also available on request.

 

Our fiber abrasive discs have been tested according to the guidelines of the OSA directive and are guaranteed to comply with the European safety standard EN12413. Proper storage of fiber discs is absolutely critical for safe use and long-term optimal sanding results.

 

To keep moisture- and temperature-sensitive fiber discs from bulging, it is recommended to store them at a temperature of 18 to 22 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 45 percent to 65 percent . Exposure to direct sunlight must be avoided to prevent the fiber discs from drying out and becoming brittle.
